• Build, automate, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Set up, maintain, and optimize Coder ephemeral development environments for internal teams and client projects.
• Provision infrastructure and developer environments using tool like Terraform.
• Integrate Coder with Azure resources (AKS, VMs, networking, storage) to deliver scalable, secure dev environments.
• Support onboarding of engineering teams into Coder-based workflows, ensuring standardization and smooth adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Kubernetes, networking (Cilium), and authentication (OIDC).
• Collaborate with Platform and Data Engineering teams to drive best practices in DevOps and environment provisioning.
• Draft and maintain onboarding documentation and environment templates for reproducible development setups.

Your tech toolbox

• Experience with platform Coder.com is a big plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, ideally with AKS and tools like Flux or Helm.
• Proficiency with Azure services, especially Compute and Networking.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (must-have), Bicep or ARM (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and securing cloud-native environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in CI/CD, ephemeral environments, and cloud infrastructure.
• Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset – able to support developers across different teams.
