Aim of this project is to migrate 94 business applications from old client datacenter to a private cloud.

The Group Private Cloud (GPC) is a private cloud solution for the top OEM car manufacturer, based on DXC Managed Services for Hybrid Cloud. It provides the technology, resources, and services to design, build, and manage a complete, dedicated, enterprise-grade private cloud that is fully integrated into the existing client's IT landscape.

• Coordinate the team members within Migration team (DevOps, Test Engineer, DB Engineer)
• Make sure that all team members of the Migration team are aligned and follow the same processes and standards
• Act as escalation point for any Migration team issue
• Create Detailed Plan / Deployment Architecture and approve them with the client
• Conduct all migration activities according to detailed plan
• Create and execute Cut-Over Plan (incl. Rollback Plan) and review with Client
• Reporting to the Project Manager and Application Owners at client side
