THE WORK:

• Contribute across all phases of projects, including Discovery, Envision & Prepare, Construct & Evolve, and Accept & Release.
• Leverage your technical expertise to design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, leading development teams (both onshore and offshore) and driving best practice development approaches.
• Provide direction to technical team members, such as developers, test leads, and release managers, concerning solution design and approach, and research non-standard customer issues to offer effective solutions.
• Own the project's technical design and solution development, partnering with cross-functional technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.
• Assist in sales activities and planning as required, and contribute to the CRM Talent Community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and supporting less experienced colleagues.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Experience designing and developing solutions using Microsoft Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
• Hands-on experience integrating AI services and LLMs (Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Azure Cognitive Search, etc.) into real-world applications
• Solid understanding of cloud-native application development and deployment
• Familiarity with Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
• Fluent in Polish and English, both verbal and written

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

• Azure and/or Power Platform Certification
• Experience working with Copilot Agents or custom copilots
• Proficiency in a modern programming language (C#, Python, JavaScript)
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power BI, or M365 integrations
• Previous experience in agile development teams and product delivery cycles
