We are looking for a Software Developer with expertise in control systems and machine learning to design, implement, and optimize energy management solutions for advanced HVAC-E systems in the residential market. HVAC-E refers to HVAC systems integrated with electrical energy generation, dedicated control systems, specialized wiring, and other electrical components essential to operation.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyse product and system requirements specific to energy management solutions for thermal and electrical energy systems.
• Specify, design, implement and test control and machine learning algorithms for energy management solutions.
• Develop and optimize control and machine learning algorithms, leveraging field data from running HVAC-E systems.
• Validate and verify your algorithms throughout the development with Model-in-the-Loop simulations and experiments.
• Support test and requirement engineers with the specification of test concepts and cases that are carried out on system, integration and unit level.
• Maintain clear, high-quality documentation of all deliverables.
