Zakres obowiązków

  • Strategy & Planning: Crafting and implementing a marketing communication strategy that supports the companys mission and Group-level objectives.
  • Brand Management: Overseeing online and offline brand marketing, monitoring its execution and results, and ensuring brand message consistency across all channels.
  • PR & Social Media: Developing and executing a full PR strategy, including media outreach, influencer marketing, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The role also involves creating and deploying social media marketing strategies for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Campaigns & Content: Identifying and creating campaigns that reinforce the companys vision and boost brand recognition. This includes developing targeted content for both current and prospective customers.
  • Local CVP: Defining a local Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and marketing Unique Selling Proposition (USP) (e.g., loyalty, customer experience) in accordance with central guidelines.
  • Budget & KPIs: Preparing and managing the marketing and communication budget, as well as establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaboration: Working with external agencies, media houses, and other partners to achieve marketing goals.
  • Retail Marketing: Creating and executing marketing plans for new offline store openings and ensuring a cohesive visual merchandising strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Building and inspiring a high-performing team while promoting a culture of empowerment, accountability, and inclusion.

Wymagania

  • Education: A bachelors degree (or higher) is required, preferably in a field such as marketing, communications, PR, or management
  • Experience: At least 7 years of experience in marketing communications, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial position
  • Skills: Strong expertise in digital marketing, PR, and social media tools and trends, as well as exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skill
  • Omnichannel experience: Hands-on experience managing and creating omnichannel campaigns and content for both e-commerce and offline channels. This includes understanding various sales channels and adapting creative concepts to fit their unique requirements.
  • Campaign Management: A proven track record of successfully developing and leading comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns is essential.
  • Background: While retail experience is highly preferred, we will also consider candidates with robust brand or category management experience from the FMCG sector.
  • Adaptability: The ideal candidate is flexible, agile, and can quickly adjust plans in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Language: Proficient in English and Polish at a C1 level-this is a mandatory requirement
  • A valid Category B drivers license
