Zakres obowiązków

  • provide support, identify and troubleshoot customer issues via email and chat,
  • collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively,
  • build and maintain positive relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction,
  • educate customers on the understanding of advertising products and services,
  • administrate the document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM system.

Wymagania

  • min. 2 year of experience in customer support, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry,
  • fluent English (min. C1),
  • proficiency in AdTech and using CRM systems and other customer support tools,
  • strong problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills,
  • proactive and eager approach to continuous learning in a fast-paced, dynamic environment,
  • open to work in late shifts: 3:00pm/4:00pm until 11:00pm/midnight (US hours).
