Zakres obowiązków

• Manage end to end recruitment across EMEA.
• Deliver top talent and build strategic partnerships to enhance hiring and candidate experiences.
• Source, screen, evaluate, and submit candidates via Workday.
• Train hiring managers on best practices, ATS, market insights, assessments, and interviewing.
• Collaborate with country hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to develop effective partnerships.
• Advise on best practices and enhance hiring processes with colleagues from multiple countries.

Wymagania

• Fluency in English and Italian (at least B2 level).
• Experience in recruitment.
• Great communication skills - because recruitment is all about people.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
