Your responsibilities

• defining clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business needs and technological advancements to ensure targeted outcomes
• collaborating with software engineers, AI/ML teams, and business stakeholders to drive effective project execution, with a focus on achieving key performance metrics
• tracking product release progress to the Senior Management, delivering reports and presentations
• developing and managing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within scope and on budget, while maintaining a strong emphasis on performance and goal attainment
• overseeing compliance, security, and governance standards for project delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices throughout the project lifecycle to mitigate risks and enhance project performance
• monitoring of the project performance and key performance indicators, driving continuous improvements based on feedback and evolving requirements to enhance team effectiveness and project outcomes
• fostering open communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of project requirements, progress, and performance against goals

Our requirements

• fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI, Big Data, or Data Engineering domains
• basic understanding of web applications development, rest services and cloud-based application architectures
• experience in projects executed in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and utilizing project management tools to enhance team performance
• excellent communication skills and ability to effectively maintain relationship with stakeholders using remote tools
• demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and drive pragmatic, value-driven decisions that lead to successful project outcomes, attention to details
• experience delivering projects that support AI, analytics, and operational applications
• familiarity with data governance, compliance frameworks, and security best practices
• quick-learning skills
• knowledge of the Software Development Live Cycle

• German language skills
• experience with AI/ML project development, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications
• knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and data engineering tools (Databricks, Spark, Kafka, etc.)
• knowledge of Agile frameworks
