Your Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, social media, and paid channels to drive lead generationSet up and optimize paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads, and industry newslettersManage and optimize HubSpot for marketing automation, email workflows, lead scoring, and CRM healthSet up and optimize remarketing campaigns to nurture leads through different stages of the funnelAnalyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics (MQLs, conversion rates, channel effectiveness)Build and optimize landing pages, test content and CTAs, and improve conversion rates (Webflow)Collaborate with content creators to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and funnel strategy and ensure timely execution of planned activitiesSet up and maintain proper tracking for all marketing activities (UTM parameters, conversion events)Identify opportunities for process automation and implement efficiency improvements across marketing operationsEnsure full alignment between marketing messaging, ICP problems, and our sales narrative.
Kogo poszukujemy? Who We’re Looking For:3-5 years experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B tech or agency environmentProven experience managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) with demonstrable ROIStrong understanding of marketing automation and experience with HubSpot or similar platformsExperience setting up and optimizing remarketing campaigns across multiple platformsSolid understanding of SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs, SurferComfortable working with Webflow or other CMS platformsWorking knowledge of analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio) and ability to derive actionable insightsAdvanced proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Surfer AI) and ability to automate marketing workflowsResults-oriented with strong project coordination skills and attention to detailSelf-starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives from planning to completionExcellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level)Understanding of the B2B marketing or healthcare industry and its marketing challenges is a big plus
