Czym będziesz się zajmować? We are looking for a skilled Administrator with IAM (Identity and Access Management) expertise to act as a trusted advisor for our clients. This role goes beyond technical support — it involves full ownership of the solution, deep product knowledge, and delivering proactive technical customer success. Working in the US time zone.Responsibilities:Customer Success & Solution Ownership: Serve as the main technical point of contact, build trust, and ensure successful use of the EmpowerID platform.Domain Expertise: Gain an in-depth understanding of IAM concepts, EmpowerID workflows, connectors, and client-specific setups.Proactive Management: Conduct daily health checks on applications, infrastructure, and hardware. Set up and manage monitoring, reporting, and alerts.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot complex problems, deliver detailed technical solutions, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.Continuous Improvement: Join quarterly planning, and client training sessions, and provide feedback to improve the product.Deployment & Maintenance: Validate and deploy fixes, patches, and hotfixes across DEV, UAT, and Production environments.Documentation: Maintain up-to-date client-specific documentation to ensure transparency and effective knowledge sharing.

Kogo poszukujemy? Our requirements:Strong understanding of IAM concepts (e.g., RBAC, PAM, SoD) and experience with relevant technologies and connectors.Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted technical advisor.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Preferred Technical Experience:Hands-on experience with SQL for troubleshooting.Familiarity with REST/SOAP web services and tools like Postman.Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Microservices).Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or Remedy.Prior coding experience is a plusEducation & Experience:Minimum of 3 years of technical experience in IAM solutions.Relevant certifications in IAM or related fields are a plus.
