Your responsibilities

• Implement and manage annual Total Rewards processes within the SuccessFactors tool in alignment with the global strategy
• Work with consultant to configure system appropriately. Test and confirm new and changed system configurations
• Assist with implementation of new countries to globally aligned annual compensation processes administered in the SuccessFactors system
• Prepare communications, presentations and other documentation related to annual compensation processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share knowledge and provide consultation on Total Rewards system topics

Our requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in total rewards/monetary & non-monetary rewards preferably in an international environment
• Experience with HRIT systems, SuccessFactors Compensation and Total Rewards IT tools
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with a major in Human Resources or Organizational Development or comparable education Experience
• Understanding of different cultures and working across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries Language Skills
• Proficient English skills both spoken and written, German or other secondary language skills are a plus
