Your responsibilities

• Actively engage within our Community of Practice together with other digital experts across Europe,
• Mentor and support team members, encouraging best practices and knowledge sharing,
• Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects – from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring,
• Measure the impact of our products by defining key performance indicators and evaluation techniques,
• Collaborate with the Digital Hangar product teams to identify possibilities for utilizing AI for their digital products,
• Work in an international environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align models with strategic goals,
• Provide and generate new insights from complex data sets by applying advanced analytical methods,
• Contribute to data strategy, mentor junior team members, and help set technical direction,
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Our requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with data as a Data Scientist,
• Proven hands-on experience with Python and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and LangChain,
• Hands-on experience in developing scalable AI solutions with Azure services in production,
• Experience in driving Data & AI use cases from business value concept to production,
• Deep understanding of current AI/ML research with a focus on best practices for GenAI and emerging agentic AI concepts,
• Skills in embeddings, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines,
• Working experience with Azure ML Studio, Azur OpenAI, Databricks, ADLS,
• Ability to work independently and quickly learn new technologies,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• English fluent, spoken and written,
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model: 2 days in the office in Gdańsk.
