Your responsibilities

• Managing purchase order and invoice workflows using SAP, JP5, and Blue Yonder.
• Monitoring purchase order status and responding to delays or disruptions.
• Collaborating daily with suppliers, and local & international teams.
• Performing data searches, solving problems, and maintaining accuracy.
• New Supplier set up, performance monitoring.
• Consumable sourcing.
• Supporting trade classification processes and ongoing daily operations.
• Identifying improvement opportunities and driving process optimizations.
• Contributing to digitalization initiatives and demand planning platform implementation.
• Using English fluently in both written and spoken communication (min. B2+ level).

Our requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• More than 2 years of experience in logistics, planning, or procurement.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and analytical tools.
• Experience with demand planning platforms.
• Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
