About the project

• As a Senior Product Manager of the Business Intelligence and Data Management team at Synerise, you'll have full ownership to shape the roadmap for AI, Automation & Big Data products that help businesses unlock the value of their customer data. You will be the product leader of your area, working on products and functionalities with varying maturity levels, having a real impact on their future shape. This role is not limited to managing the product backlog but encompasses every aspect of product management, including engaging with users and clients. Your responsibilities

• Lead Your Product Area: Serve as the product leader for your domain, owning the vision and execution of the Business Intelligence and Data Management team in our AI, Automation & Big Data platform. Shape it so our users can maximize value from real-time data processing and execution.
• Full-spectrum Product Management: Engage in every aspect of product management—not just backlog management—but including strategy, planning, execution, and market introduction.
• Engage with Clients and Users: Interact with users and clients to understand their needs, present product features, and gather feedback to enhance our solutions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, and implementation teams to bring products from concept to market. Align with other product teams to meet market needs and company goals.

• Strong experience in product management, with a track record of delivering AI or data-driven products focused on analytical purposes.‍
• Significant experience with data analytics and reporting solutions for enterprises.‍
• Ability to balance technical depth with a user-first mindset.
• Skilled in data analytics, customer feedback, and iterative development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with users and clients.
• Familiarity with the software landscape of the following types: customer data platforms, business intelligence, and data analytics.
