Your responsibilities

• Provide top-tier support to couriers and partners by resolving escalated issues and complex troubleshooting cases through chat, email, and outbound calls.
• Live-monitor the e-bike fleet performance across markets, identifying disruptions or anomalies and initiating corrective action in real-time.
• Collaborate with local operations teams to manage day-to-day operations, performance metrics, and service-level standards.
• Track, escalate, and manage incidents and system issues via Jira, Slack, and other internal tools.
• Share actionable feedback and suggest operational improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Own specific workflows or projects within Global Ops, including documentation and knowledge-sharing.
• Contribute to internal reporting and data entry through in-house software tools and dashboards.

• Languages: fluent French and English is a must. Polish is not required.
• Bonus: experience in e-mobility, hardware tech, or fast-paced startups.
• The role might require working shifts and weekends.
