Your responsibilities

• Resolving transaction, payment, and account discrepancies,
• Addressing vendor and customer inquiries via phone and email,
• Analyzing financial data to identify and correct discrepancies,
• Assisting with financial software usage and support,
• Maintaining detailed records of resolutions and interactions.

Our requirements

• Knowledge of German and English at B2 levels,
• Around 6 months of experience in a similar position (invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliations, etc.),
• Hands-on experience in SAP is welcomed,
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• A bachelor's degree or current student status.
