Your responsibilities

• maintain accounting records complying with Polish legislation, IAS principles and internal procedures (general accounting, fix assets accounting, intercompany reconciliation, financial statements, weekly payments)
• maintenance of fixed asset records
• preparation of tax calculations and declarations for CIT, VAT, property tax
• prepare GUS reporting
• prepare audit files for statutory and internal audits
• liaise with the management and professional advisors on critical accounting (both local and IAS) and tax topics
• prepare periodic cash forecast reporting
• participation in month- and year-end closing processes
• assisting with special projects to improve the efficiency, quality and accuracy of the work of the resource and accounting systems

Our requirements

• proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing company
• master degree in accounting or finance
• experience in reporting to an international group
• experience in Special Economic Zone reporting
• strong analytical skills and commitment to meet deadlines
• communicative English- spoken & written (used on everyday basis)
• proficiency in using MS Excel
• experience in using ERP system
