Your responsibilities

• Coordinate customs operations (import and export) for Hitachi Energy group;
• Check shipping documentation to ensure trade compliance;
• Prepare customs instruction (GTS) in SAP system for Customs Agencies according to internal regulations;
• Stay in touch with internal customers to receive and provide information on customs related matters;
• Seek for savings opportunities;
• Prepare monthly reports.

Our requirements

• Experience: min 2 years of experience in customs/ trade / logistic area;
• System skills:Experience with SAP GTS;
• Soft skills: good communication & organizing skills;
• Hard skills: detailed oriented;
• Language skills:English language at least B2 level;

Optional

• Field of study: SCM/logistics - nice to have, experience in Customer Service job will be advantage.
