Your responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, optimize and review end-to-end PR/KOL/Social content production within the Poland Rep office (including Poland /Nordics/Czech/Baltics).
• Monitor social media trends, and platform updates to optimize content performance within Poland Rep office.
• Analyze metrics and report on the performance of social media platform media buying (including META, Tiktok, Google), providing actionable insights.
• Use data-driven insights to segment the audience and tailor content and influencer strategies to engage different customer groups effectively.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders in multi countries within Poland Rep office on content strategy and performance.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, Chinese studies or any other related field.
• Minimum 3-year working experience in marketing, including content marketing/media buying/ product management, preferably in consumer electronics industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish, English and Chinese (including copywriting and storytelling skills in English).
• In-depth understanding of all marketing channels, including PR, influencer marketing, social media.
• Excellent project management skills, deeply detail oriented with the ability to coordinate multiple projects across various teams while meeting deadlines and delivering on key objectives.
• Creativity, reliability, responsibility and accuracy with strong attention to details. Passion for technology and knowledge about current trends would be considered as an additional advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
