About the project

• We’re looking for a Business & Quality Analyst who’s passionate about understanding business needs and ensuring software quality. In this role, you’ll combine your analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, working with stakeholders to define requirements and test solutions.
• Your focus will be on helping us deliver ERP software that meets the complex needs of discrete manufacturing clients.
• Among the standout features of our product are recipe and batch management, a web booking module for warehouse upkeep supported by scanner devices, integration with weighing devices, as well as integrated laboratory information and hazardous substance management.

Your responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Consultants to define and refine business and technical requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes, spot gaps, and suggest improvements.
• Perform system and integration testing to validate new features and ensure they meet user needs.
• Join design reviews to confirm accurate implementation of requirements.
• Support the creation of user documentation and training materials.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Our requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or similar role working with business applications.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally in discrete manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, testing, and process improvement.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and modern QA practices.
• Strong communication skills—you can easily bridge technical and non-technical worlds.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Optional

• Experience with ERP testing or supporting ERP users.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
