Your responsibilities

  • Independently planning and executing sales activities
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients
  • Presenting and selling apartments within the Mostki Residential Resort
  • Identifying customer needs and tailoring offers accordingly
  • Monitoring market trends and reporting sales performance
  • Working with CRM tools to manage leads and sales pipeline
  • Making outbound sales calls and following up with potential buyers
  • Participating in promotional events and on-site presentations
  • Working from the Sales Office in Żelazowa Wola on selected days

Our requirements

  • Native-level fluency in Polish and advanced/professional fluency in English
  • Proven experience in apartment or real estate sales (experience in the premium segment is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High level of personal culture, professionalism, and client orientation
  • Tech-savvy – confident use of digital tools such as CRM systems, communication apps, and AI-based solutions
  • Flexibility and independence in organizing daily work and sales efforts
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to work on-site in Żelazowa Wola, including some weekends
