  • Fluent knowledge of German and French (both min. C1) – essential for customer service.
  • Ability to listen and read with understanding, creating clear statements with respect for the other person.

Your responsibilities

  1. We familiarize ourselves with the current situation and procedure changes. We answer customer questions coming in via phone.
  2. We provide technical advice, arrange service visits, and propose purchasing beneficial household appliance insurance for future malfunctions.
  3. We know that in the case of slightly more difficult inquiries, we can count on the support of the team and Team Leader.
