– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

– 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with focus on ERP or Finance systems.

– Upper-Intermediate English (both written and spoken).

– Experience in regulated transactional environments or high-volume digital platforms.

– Strong understanding of financial controls, reconciliation processes, and compliance.

– Experience with designing or working on ERP systems (custom or commercial).

– Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and software product life cycles.

Your responsibilities

1. – Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across finance, operations, payments, and product teams.
2. – Responsible for end-to-end financial workflows specific to high-load transactional platforms (including operations and finance analytics/reports).
3. – Define functional specifications for Finance ERP system.
4. – Collaborate with developers, architects, and system integrators to shape requirements, data models, diagrams.
5. – Lead sessions with stakeholders to map business processes and identify needs.
6. – Document system behavior, workflows, data dictionaries, and training materials for ERP end users.
