What We Expect From You

• 4+ years of experience with .NET development, ideally WPF and Web based applications
• Strong C# skills and a good understanding of UI component libraries (e.g., DevExpress)
• Familiarity with integration patterns (web services, messaging, REST and XML-based interfaces)
• Willingness to work in a hybrid architecture (.NET, Cloud, mainframe, Desktop and web clients)
• Solid understanding of software design, data flows, and maintainability in large-scale systems
• English proficiency (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have Skills (Quick to Learn If You’re Not Familiar)

• Interest in public sector or regulated environments
• Background in handling complex workflows, legal logic, or compliance-related solutions
• Experience with GitHub Copilot

Your responsibilities

1. Develops and maintains a rich .NET client interfacing with a mainframe core (z/OS)
2. Implements changes driven by frequent legal/regulatory updates in Danish public administration
3. Enhances features like automated payouts, digital mail, credit/debit integration, report generation
4. Collaborates with backend specialists to ensure seamless workflows
5. Contributes to modernizing and optimizing codebases, tooling, and developer experience
