Requirements description

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience as a Systems Administrator

• Experience with Dynatrace preferred

• Experience working with public cloud solutions

• Experience working with virtualization technologies

• Experience working with server operating systems

• Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact

• Good data gathering, interviewing, and analytical/problem solving skills

Your responsibilities

1. Design, build, and implement basic technology platforms and solutions
2. Safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentiality of the company's supported systems and data; collaborate on and execute basic improvements to maintain and achieve high security posture
3. Design and implement solutions for backup and disaster recovery; participate in the testing and execution of disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity
4. Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues and outages; perform problem-solving, root-cause, and post-mortem analyses to drive process improvements
5. Document the design, operation, procedures, and troubleshooting of implemented solutions and technology platforms; compose training materials and conduct training sessions with stakeholders
6. Participate in audits of servers and environment to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configuration guidelines
