• Involvement in at least two/three collective (mass) redundancy projects
• In-depth knowledge of Polish labor law and local HR compliance
• Availability to start from September 1st
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and advisory skills
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)

Are you an experienced HR professional with expertise in Polish labor law and collective redundancy processes?

We’re looking for a People Advisor to join a high-impact restructuring initiative within a leading international organization. This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in a confidential HR transformation project, supporting the business through a time of change and ensuring operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Line Managers, Office Managers, and People teams during organizational transitions and consultation processes,

• Ensure full legal compliance and consistency in all people-related procedures,

• Act as a key contact for restructuring-related support, contributing to clear internal communication strategies and cultural alignment,

• Collaborate closely with People Legal Counsel and functional stakeholders on workforce planning and organizational design,

• Support affected employees through counseling, outplacement, and training coordination,

• Contribute to ongoing People Operations activities when capacity allows (employee lifecycle support).
