We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join a project focused on the configuration and ongoing support of Veeva systems.

This role serves as a vital link between business stakeholders and customizable technology solutions, functioning within a collaborative Agile team.

Team Structure:

You’ll be part of a cross-functional Agile team made up of 6 team members, a Scrum Master, and a Product Owner.

Your responsibilities

1. Configure, maintain, and oversee Veeva platforms.
2. Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and understanding.
3. Work closely with a 6-person Agile team, alongside a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
4. Prepare clear and concise documentation to support project goals and system usage.
