Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance an existing application built with .NET and Silverlight
• Conduct bug triage, investigate issues, and develop effective solutions
• Collaborate with business users to help them understand and use the TPS system
• Perform development tasks using PostgreSQL, Azure Core Services, and ADO pipelines
• Work independently while maintaining alignment with business goals
• Regularly travel to the client site in Poznań (3–4 days a week, flexible)

Requirements

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer, ideally in a senior or lead capacity
• Hands-on knowledge of Silverlight (legacy experience acceptable)
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Azure Core Services and Azure DevOps (ADO) Pipelines
• Strong debugging and issue-resolution skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with business stakeholders
• Proactive and self-sufficient work ethic
• Fluent in English
