Join us and help develop an important healthcare mobile app

Kraków-based opportunity with hybrid work (2-3 days x week from the office)

As a Mobile Product Lead, you will be working for our client, a leading digital hub focused on revolutionizing healthcare through technology. This client is developing a mobile application designed to be a central point for medical test results and a new sales channel for health services. The project's vision is to evolve into a comprehensive platform promoting preventative health, aiming to educate millions on responsible and timely health screenings. You will play a pivotal role in shaping a product that genuinely helps people lead healthier, longer lives, contributing to a significant societal impact.

Your main responsibilities:

• Define the long-term vision and development strategy for the mobile application

• Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on data analysis, user needs, and business goals

• Collaborate closely with the development team, UX/UI designers, and testers throughout all stages of the product lifecycle

• Identify new opportunities and trends in the mobile sector, proposing innovative solutions and features

• Monitor key product indicators (KPIs), analyze data, and draw conclusions for optimization and decision-making

• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate it into concrete product requirements

• Communicate and cooperate effectively with other company departments to ensure consistency in the product strategy

You're ideal for this role if you have:

• Over 5 years of experience in a similar position

• In-depth knowledge of mobile ecosystems, market trends, and best practices in mobile application development

• Proven ability to create and implement product strategies, along with experience in budget and resource management

• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration with various teams and stakeholders

• Experience working in a dynamic Agile/Scrum environment

• Familiarity with product data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Firebase

• Good knowledge of Security issues

• Experience with Healthcare projects

• Knowledge of product management tools like Jira and Confluence
