Hi!

We are looking for experienced React Developers to join a cutting-edge banking and finance project. You’ll be part of a 22-person tech team working on a next-generation platform leveraging AI and Flowable to streamline SDLC processes and enhance development workflows.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in emerging technologies within a collaborative and skilled engineering environment.

📍 Location: 100% Remote (within Poland)

📅 Start date: 8th August 2025 (ideally within the first two weeks of August)

📄 Contract duration: Until 31st December 2025 (with a strong possibility of extension)

👥 Openings: 2 positions (Mid/Senior level)

💰 Rate: 105–120 PLN/h (B2B)

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React-based web applications

• Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality features

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team-wide improvements

• Optimize application performance and debug/troubleshoot issues

Requirements

✅ Must-have:

• 3–4+ years of professional experience as a React Developer

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and React

• Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken)

• Familiarity with modern frontend development workflows

✅ Nice-to-have:

• Experience with banking/finance projects

• Knowledge of Flowable or similar workflow automation tools

Project details & work environment

• Team size: 22 people (experienced engineers to learn from)

• Equipment: You’ll work on a Dell laptop provided by the client

• Interviews: 2-step verification process

• Mandatory Time Away: Up to 10 days per year (likely during the December holiday season)
