Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic relationships with key IT suppliers across multiple business areas
• Oversee supplier performance, risk, cost, and commercial effectiveness using the supplier management framework
• Lead contract lifecycle activities including renewals and commercial negotiations
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Legal, and Risk teams to improve supplier outcomes and compliance
• Drive innovation, efficiency, and cost reduction through supplier partnerships
• Develop and implement supplier account plans, performance dashboards, and KPIs
• Facilitate executive-level supplier reviews and strategic discussions
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, compliance policies, and audit requirements
• Influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor across the organization

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in supplier relationship management and operational techniques
• Strong knowledge of IT suppliers, contracts, and technical platforms
• Experience in cost management, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
