We are looking for designers in Kraków to join our passionate group of builders. Our leaders and customers expect and encourage us to push the boundaries of what an enterprise product could be, envisioning across all platforms to directly impact the product roadmap and our customer’s goals.

How You’ll Find Success

Your product UX design vision will see 1-2 years into the future and evolve by listening to customers and ideating groundbreaking solutions. You will identify and surface UX issues and opportunities, ensuring they are closed out. Leading collaboration across software development, product management, and product marketing, you will create fluid, intuitive user experiences that scale seamlessly across desktop and mobile applications, and push into paradigms such as voice.

Things You’ll Do

• Partner with your Engineering and Product leads on a product roadmap that pushes the boundaries of what it means to be the market-leading Experience Company.
• Build high-fidelity wireframes of a multi-variant workflow that inspires users in a research study by simplifying the customer journey.
• Attend a UX team critique, inform and support the work being presented by your team members, and help inspire junior members of the team.
• Translate data from a usability study into concrete user interface design improvements and get them prioritized into sprint planning so customers see an immediate impact.
• Elevate the product by incorporating cutting-edge interaction design practices and contemporary user experience trends, setting a high benchmark for solution design.
• Play a crucial role supporting mobile app experience programs deployed by world-class brands. Use your expertise in web design and development to create user interfaces and features that seamlessly integrate into their mobile apps and provide a unified user experience across all platforms.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

• 5+ years as an information architect, product, user experience, or interaction designer.
• Collaborated with cross-functional partners shipping and maintaining multiple products and features, with an online portfolio that showcases this work and your process.
• Understanding of mobile app development, deployment, and design will be essential in ensuring that your web interfaces are optimized to deliver a performant and user-friendly experience for mobile app developers and experience professionals.
• Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related fields such as Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Visual Arts, or Computer Science. Master’s preferred.
