Dynamics CRM Business Consultant- Internship Program (He/She/They)

THE WORK:

• Support challenging and innovative projects that use advanced, end-to-end IT solutions.
• Learn how IT solutions help enhance business performance and provide companies with a competitive edge.
• Gain knowledge about Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and related tools in the Microsoft ecosystem such as DevOps, TFS, Project, Visio, and Office 365.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals in a dynamic, team-oriented environment that encourages learning, growth, and innovation.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Fluent Polish and communicative English, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft tools such as Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Sharepoint.
• A strong interest in learning about the different modules of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform — especially Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Curiosity about how business processes work in industries such as FMCG, Banking, Healthcare, and Utilities.
• A willingness to explore how technology supports customer relationship management and drives business success.

BONUS POINTS:

• Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
• Knowledge of complementary tools such as PowerBI and Sharepoint.
• Knowledge of the concepts of Digital Transformation, omnichannel and the social world.
